PILLAR5 PHARMA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources Departments as an HR Associate. The HR Associate will support the day-to-day execution of HR operations with a focus on reporting, data analysis, and administrative support. This is a key role in ensuring HR programs are delivered effectively.
This is a full-time contract position until January 8, 2027.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with payroll administration and maintain accurate records in ADP
- Support performance management processes including documentation and policy implementation
- Support legislative compliance through accurate documentation, reporting, and HRIS updates in preparation for audits
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries; maintain records and liaise with benefit providers
- Perform HRIS administration tasks, including employee data updates and routine report generation
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee matters
- Draft, disseminate, and track HR communications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to employees
- Assisting with the initial onboarding process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary degree in any field.
- Human Resources education (Degree/diploma/certificate).
- Experience with HRIS systems (ATS, CRM) an asset.
- Competent in time management and multi-tasking.
- Previous experience in HR an asset.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday – Friday: 8am – 4pm
COMPENSATION
- The salary range for this position is $25/ hr to $30/hr
