About the Role Join FASTSIGNS Scarborough to build and install custom visual solutions! We are seeking a hands-on, highly motivated problem-solver with a passion for detail and craftsmanship. In this role, you will handle everything from building custom signage in the shop to final installation at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate: Build and assemble custom signage and graphics using specialized equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Install: Safely and professionally install diverse signage at customer locations (interior and exterior).
- Prep & Quality: Prepare substrates and vinyl (cutting, routing, weeding, painting) while ensuring strict quality control.
- Collaborate: Work efficiently with the team to manage inventory, keep the shop organized, and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous sign production, fabrication, or related mechanical experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and strict attention to detail.
- Mandatory: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, safely climb ladders/lifts, and work in varying weather conditions.
