Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their beauty product needs
- Conduct product demos and skincare applications to showcase items effectively
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and skin types
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support promotional activities and participate in merchandising initiatives
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, especially within beauty or cosmetics, is preferred but not required
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., English and Chinese) are highly advantageous for serving diverse customers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate customers about products effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Organizational skills to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks during busy periods
