Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Femme de Ménage with a vehicle to provide high-quality cleaning services for residential clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within clients' homes, ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service. Fluency in English and French, along with strong communication skills, are preferred to facilitate effective interactions with clients. This role offers an opportunity to work independently while contributing to a welcoming and clean environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, professional, and attentive to detail
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Use your own vehicle to travel between client locations reliably and efficiently
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality services is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple appointments
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French are advantageous for client interactions
- Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently
- Experience in laundry management and basic cooking is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
