Schedule: Full-Time
About You:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IPAC standards
- Previous dental or healthcare experience is an asset, but not required
- We are looking for a motivated, coachable individual who is eager to learn and grow
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and infection prevention
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player

What you’ll do in this role:
- Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and package dental instruments following infection prevention and control (IPAC) standards
- Operate and monitor sterilization equipment while maintaining accurate sterilization records
- Prepare and turn over operatories between patients
- Restock treatment rooms and clinical supplies throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient sterilization area
- Support the clinical team with back-office duties as needed
- Ensure a safe working environment by following all health and safety protocols
