Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Printing Customer Service Associate to join our 50 year old company. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, managing printing requests, and ensuring smooth operations within our environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong print production knowledge. Knowing print estimation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with printing orders, inquiries, and special requests in a professional manner
- Operate and troubleshoot printing equipment to ensure high-quality output
- Coordinate with production teams to meet customer deadlines and specifications
- Manage packaging and shipping of printed materials, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency and resolve any operational issues
Experience
- Previous experience in industrial printing is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
