As part of our kitchen team, you will help ensure that late-night dining services, room service orders, and kitchen preparation for the following day are handled smoothly. We are seeking someone who works well independently during overnight hours, maintains high food safety standards, and brings a positive, team-focused attitude to the kitchen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and cook menu items according to resort recipes and quality standards
- Assist with late-night guest dining requests and room service orders
- Ensure food is prepared, plated, and presented consistently
- Support kitchen prep for breakfast and next-day service operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and storage areas
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times
- Monitor food inventory and report shortages when necessary
- Safely store food items and rotate stock using proper procedures
- Work closely with kitchen staff and supervisors to maintain smooth overnight operations
- Help maintain a welcoming and professional environment behind the scenes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a cook, line cook, prep cook, or kitchen team member is preferred
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or restaurants is considered an asset
- Ability to work overnight or night shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Strong understanding of food handling and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- A positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically active kitchen environment
