We are a locally owned, family-operated company with more than 30 years of experience serving Winnipeg, and we’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and helping customers maintain a cleaner, healthier home.
This position begins as a Duct Cleaning Assistant, where you’ll work alongside experienced technicians and receive on-the-job training. As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, you’ll have the opportunity to advance into a Technician role with higher earning potential and bonuses.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will assist our team in delivering professional residential cleaning services while providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting technicians with carpet, upholstery, and air duct cleaning services
- Preparing and operating professional cleaning equipment
- Helping maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Providing friendly and professional service inside customers’ homes
- Learning how to educate homeowners on maintaining cleaner indoor environments
- Supporting technicians during service calls and job setup
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Basic customer service skills
- A smartphone capable of taking and sending photos
- Ability to perform physically active work and lift equipment
