Position Overview
This individual is responsible for the planning, supporting purchasing and production at ITS facility. This position will ensure on time delivery while managing inventory levels to prevent shortages.
Position Duties
- Responsible for material requirements planning.

Generate and maintain Work Orders based on target build quantities, identify material shortages, BOM issues, and inventory discrepancies.

Plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum inventory of material

Establish delivery schedules for purchasing and monitor progress.

Serve as a link between Purchasing, Receiving, Quality, and Manufacturing.

Assist accounting with invoicing and reconciliation

Must be “hands on” with strong problem solving expertise.

Strong attention to details.
Essential Qualifications
- College level education in Supply Chain and or Logistics or equivalent experience

1-2 years planning experience in electronics manufacturing industry

Enthusiastic, detail and solution oriented, task focused, self motivated.

Must be able to work under minimal supervision

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
