We are looking for someone who has previous experience in the following: skidsteer, loader, and mini ex. An “A” endorsement would be an asset, but is not required. With only a short 5 minute drive south along highway 219, you can join a company where dreams are being made. This is a seasonal fulltime position with the potential of extension to our snow removal crew for the winter season.
Requirements:
· Operating experience 1+ years
· Basic mechanical knowledge
· Valid driver’s license
· CSA approved steel toed and rubber boots
· Individuals are required to be physically fit and can endure working in various weather conditions.
· Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Good communication skills and customer service is a must
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision
· Conduct a pre-operational equipment checklist before operating
· Ability to follow Crossmounts work practices, policies and procedures
· Ability to identify hazards
· Must be reliable and dependable
Wage based off previous experience
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
