Branco Management is hiring a Construction Service Coordinator (Buildings Division) based in Dieppe, NB.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced construction operations, enjoys solving problems, keeping crews productive, and building strong client relationships.
You’ll help lead Branco’s Buildings Service Division, supporting General Contractors and institutional clients with responsive service work including hazardous material abatement, labor rental, carpentry support, selective interior demolition, concrete work and concrete cutting/coring.
This role is all about execution, customer satisfaction, and growing repeat business.
What you’ll own:
• Daily scheduling and dispatch of crews
• Labor utilization and field productivity
• Client relationships and service responsiveness
• Pricing and quoting service work / T&M jobs
• Equipment allocation and operational coordination
• Foreman leadership and field accountability
• Hiring field staff as the division grows
• Growing labor rental revenue and repeat business
