Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Linehaul / Intermodal Coordinator to join our team in Vaughan. What You’ll Be Doing
- Enter and manage customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete rail billing through CN systems
- Update customer portals daily with shipment status
- Prepare and send daily operational reports
- Book delivery appointments for intermodal shipments
- Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues
- Support overall operations and assist with additional tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 years of experience in transportation/logistics
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with TruckMate is an asset
- Post-secondary education preferred

Pay: $47,000.00-$48,500.00 per year
