- Provide fast and exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry
- Assist with order processing, shipping, tracking, and fulfillment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
-Spreadsheet skills and management
- Must have experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
-Create proofs using Adobe Illustrator and Wasatch prepress.
-Install update and troubleshoot software
Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication and grammar skills in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively in French is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy
- Proficient in data entry, spreadseets and navigating computer systems
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Graphics experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
