Job Summary
We are seeking Inbound Sales Representative on commission based to join our pest control team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with technical sales
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or related fields is advantageous
