Catering Delivery Driver (Corporate & Event Catering)

Position Overview
We are hiring dependable and experienced Delivery Drivers to support catering deliveries throughout Toronto and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who are professional, organized, comfortable driving in downtown Toronto, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
This is not a standard food delivery position. Our deliveries are time-sensitive and client-facing, often involving large catering orders, event venues, loading docks, and corporate environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver catering orders safely and on time throughout Toronto and the GTA
- Load, unload, and transport food, beverages, and catering equipment
- Drive cargo vans safely and professionally
- Ensure all orders are accurate and handled with care during transport
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, kitchen staff, and clients
- Provide professional customer service during deliveries
- Follow delivery schedules and operational procedures closely
Requirements
- Due to commercial rental insurance requirements, applicants must be eligible to operate rental cargo vans, which currently requires drivers to be 25 years of age or older.
- Valid Ontario Full G Driver’s Licence
- Clean Driver’s Abstract required
- Comfortable driving cargo vans in downtown Toronto and high-traffic areas
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Catering, courier, or commercial delivery experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
- Able to lift and carry catering equipment and food orders as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event days

We are looking for serious and dependable individuals only. Punctuality, professionalism, and reliability are essential for this role. Applicants who are not comfortable with time-sensitive deliveries, physical work, or fast-paced environments may not be the right fit.
Schedule
Part-time
Approximately 20 hours per week, based on operational needs and event schedules.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
