We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, personable People Operations Coordinator to consistently develop and maintain the internal operating backbone of Revol Cares.
This is broader than a traditional human resources administration position. While it includes the spectrum of HR functions from talent acquisition, employee relations and HRIS management; the ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and considers process improvement in all that they do.
Behind the scenes: employee records are accurate, compliance documentation is current, recruiting and onboarding logistics move quickly, payroll inputs are prepared on time, and leadership does not have to chase internal follow-up manually.
You will work cross functionally to develop programs and employee training that fosters a positive work culture and supports day-to-day organizational follow-through. The right person is dependable, discreet, sharp with details, calm under moving priorities, and comfortable creating order in a growth-stage business.
This is a strong role for someone who likes people and systems equally. You should care about employee experience as much as you care about clean files, clear checklists, accurate records, reliable follow-through, and scalable operating habits.
A Bit About Us
We are building for people whose periods have controlled far too much of their lives.
People with heavy flow know the mental math: what to wear, where to sit, how often to check, what to pack, what to cancel, what to risk, and how to get through the day or night without stress, leaks, or embarrassment. For a lot of people, period care has never felt like care at all. It has felt like management.
We think that is unacceptable.
This brand started with Sara's own experience. What began as a personal frustration became something much bigger: the realization that millions of people are quietly dealing with the same loss of comfort, confidence, and control.
So we set out to build something better: products made for real life, for heavy flow, and for the people who have been underserved for far too long. We care deeply about quality, performance, trust, and raising the standard in a category that has asked people to settle for less.
We are passionate because this matters. To our customers, this is not a small lifestyle product. It changes how they sleep, travel, work, parent, move, and show up in the world.
That is why every role here matters. This is not the kind of company where you fade into the background and collect a paycheck. We want people who want to build, care deeply, move fast, and contribute to something with real impact.
We are building a brand that helps people get control of their lives and their period back. If that means something to you, you will probably feel it here.
In This Role, You Will
· Own day-to-day employee administration processes across the company.
· Coordinate employment contracts, employee records, policy acknowledgements, and compliance documentation.
· Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation in BrightHR and internal systems.
· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding so new hires, managers, equipment, access, documentation, and follow-ups are handled cleanly.
· Track vacation, sick leave, time-off requests, attendance records, and related administrative details.
· Maintain company policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, templates, trackers, and internal documentation.
· Serve as a trusted first point of contact for day-to-day employee questions and administrative support.
· Escalate sensitive employee matters to leadership professionally, discreetly, and at the right time.
· Support compliance coordination with HR consultant and compliance partners.
· Coordinate recruiting logistics including interview scheduling, candidate communication, hiring paperwork, and internal follow-ups.
· Support payroll coordination by preparing accurate administrative inputs and flagging gaps before payroll deadlines.
· Help leadership keep internal priorities, approvals, performance review logistics, KPI tracking, and operational follow-ups from falling through the cracks.
· Build lightweight systems, checklists, and documentation that make the company easier to run as it grows.
· Support planning and execution of company culture initiatives, team events, and employee engagement activities.
We Are Looking for Someone Who
· Has 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR administration, or a closely related role.
· Has 2+ years of experience in office management, operations coordination, executive administration, or similar internal operations work.
· Is highly organized and naturally creates structure without needing constant direction.
· Can handle confidential employee information with maturity, discretion, and good judgment.
· Communicates clearly, professionally, and empathetically with employees, candidates, managers, and external partners.
· Has strong documentation habits and understands that missing details create operational risk.
· Can balance many small moving pieces without dropping the important ones.
· Is comfortable working in a growth-stage company where priorities evolve and systems are still being built.
· Has experience maintaining policies, SOPs, trackers, records, employee files, or internal admin systems.
· Is familiar with Canadian employment standards and HR compliance practices.
· Has supported recruitment, hiring coordination, onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration, or payroll coordination.
· Is confident using Microsoft Office and HR/admin software platforms.
Bonus If You Have
· Experience with BrightHR or a similar HRIS platform.
· Experience coordinating with external HR, legal, compliance, payroll, or employment standards partners.
· Experience supporting contract, hourly, and salaried workforces.
· Experience in warehousing, logistics, retail, e-commerce, physical products, or operational environments where details move quickly.
· Experience improving onboarding, offboarding, employee handbooks, policy libraries, SOPs, or internal documentation systems.
Approach to the Role
· You care about the people and the system, not just the task in front of you.
· You understand that employee experience depends on operational reliability.
· You do not wait for leadership to notice every gap; you spot them and bring solutions forward.
· You are warm with people but serious about accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.
· You can be flexible without becoming disorganized.
· You know when to handle something independently and when to escalate it.
· You make things easier for the people around you because the details are handled, documented, and visible.
What This Role Is Not
· This is not a passive HR admin role where you wait for tasks to be assigned.
· This is not a pure employee relations role; it includes a significant amount of documentation, systems, coordination, and operational follow-through.
· This is not a role for someone who dislikes detail, trackers, files, policies, deadlines, or checklists.
· This is not a legal advisor role. Sensitive matters and legal/compliance decisions must be escalated appropriately.
· This is not a personal assistant role. The purpose is to strengthen people operations and internal company infrastructure across departments.
What Success Looks Like
Within 6-12 months, Revol Cares has a cleaner, stronger internal operating foundation. Employee files are accurate and audit-ready. Onboarding and offboarding are reliable. Policies, SOPs, trackers, and HR documentation are current. Payroll inputs, time-off records, recruiting coordination, performance reviews and internal follow-ups happen on time. Employees know where to go for everyday administrative support, and leadership has more capacity because fewer operational details fall outside of systemized workflows.
