North Shore Sports Swap is one of the Lower Mainland’s leading sporting goods stores, specializing in both new and quality used equipment. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operation of the store.
- Lead, motivate, and coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Help recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and maintaining an organized sales floor.
- Oversee buying, consignment intake, and product presentation.
- Help achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive team culture.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently.
- Jump in wherever needed—from the sales floor to receiving inventory.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
- Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for sports and outdoor activities is a strong asset.
- Experience in sporting goods, consignment, or specialty retail is preferred.
