The Role: The Project Manager is an essential part of T&S's ability to be the best in the business. This role is the one ultimately responsible for delivering successful, profitable projects to serve our clients and maintain a strong, sustainable business.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide insight to the pre-construction team regarding schedule, budget, and specifications
- Coordinate the design, engineering, and pre-construction process by working with clients as well as internal and external teams
- Ensure that the project schedule is maintained, updated, communicated, and implemented in accordance with the company's commitment to the project, the owner, and trade partners
- Monitor and manage all costs and budgets for the project durations
- Ultimately responsible for the effectiveness of equipment and materials buyout
- Ensure full compliance with and administration of all project contracts and subcontracts
- Effectively partner with Field Operations/Superintendents and crew through developing strong and trusting relationships
- Develop a reputation of timely solutions and follow through, supporting the needs of our crews in the field
- Effectively communicate with owners, internal departments, T&S Field, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers in a timely manner
- Establish a top-notch team to meet your goals

Required Experience & Knowledge:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in the construction industry (ag-industrial experience is preferred)
- Four year degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Strong user of Microsoft Office Suite
