We are currently looking for a fantastic full time (~30-35 hr/week) person and administrator to join the team at our busy clinics!

Acacia Health is a busy multi-practitioner alternative health clinic with two locations in beautiful Vic West. Our Westside Village Shopping Centre location offers treatment with Massage Therapists, Chiropractor, Kinesiologists, Physiotherapist & Osteopathic Manual Practitioners. This site combined with our original space that offers treatment with Naturopathic Doctors, Dietitian, Counsellors, and infrared sauna (located in the Dockside Green Building just a block away). About the position:
At Acacia Health, we are offering a full-time administration position, approximately 35 hours a week (depending on clinic need), with flexibility in shifts!
Evening availability is required (until 8:00pm).
The ideal candidate will be able to accommodate evening shifts (12-8) as well as some Saturdays. Under the title of "Patient Care Coordinator", you will be responsible for answering phone calls, checking clients in and out, basic cleaning, scheduling appointments, as well as general office duties (filing, cleaning, etc.)
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a friendly, highly organized, experienced, individual to join our front end team. Office experience is preferred, JaneApp experience is an asset!
We are looking for someone who has a schedule that could, if necessary, have some flexibility to provide coverage for short-notice sick days, as well as occasional days off and holidays (with plenty of notice).

Start Date: We are hoping to commence training starting ASAP.
Part Time hours: ~35 hrs per week
Salary: From $21.50 per hour to start, a 3-month performance review and annual reviews thereafter. Experience will be considered and wages can be discussed.
