We are currently seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Public Transit Drivers. In this role, you will provide safe, courteous transportation for passengers traveling to work, appointments, and essential services across Chatham-Kent.
We operate several transit services, offering a range of opportunities:
- Conventional Transit – fixed routes within the City of Chatham, Monday–Saturday
- Interurban Transit – fixed routes connecting Wallaceburg, Dresden, Blenheim, Ridgetown, Tilbury, and other communities, Monday–Saturday
- Accessible Transit – door-to-door service supporting passengers who require specialized transportation
- On-Request Transit – direct bus-stop-to-bus-stop service, Monday–Friday after scheduled Conventional routes end
Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid G-class driver’s licence
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Clear criminal record
An F, B, or C driver’s licence is considered an asset but not required. All training necessary for the role is provided free of charge.
