Summary
'We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Assistant to join our vibrant team at Pacific Shores Resort & Spa in. Responsibilities
' Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Assist in greating and seating guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Operate POS systems accurately for orders and payments.
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service.
- Handle reservations accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Assist Servers with food delivery, and clearing/cleaning tables.
- Must be available for Fridays and / or Saturday dinner service
- Qualifications' Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Is an asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Previous experience with POS systems is an asset.
- Hospitality or hotel experience is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
