This role is designed for a practitioner who masters Massages and Advanced Skincare. You will provide a seamless, holistic experience for our guests, serving as a primary authority on their relaxation and rejuvenation journey.

Responsibilities
- Tailored Integration: Deliver expert massage therapy (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone) and high-performance esthetic treatments tailored to the guest's immediate needs.
- Consultative Wellness: Conduct thorough skin and body assessments to develop comprehensive, long-term wellness plans.
- Sanctuary Maintenance: Uphold the highest standards of spa hygiene and aesthetic presentation to ensure a pristine environment.
- Guest Education: Act as a brand ambassador by educating guests on post-treatment care and curated retail products to extend their results at home.

Experience
- Proven experienceas a Massage Therapist or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and treatment plans is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Exceptional customer service skills to foster client loyalty and satisfaction
- Certification or licensing as required by state regulations for massage therapy is necessary
- Prior experience with various massage modalities is a plus
