The Manager, Business Support is responsible for delivering comprehensive financial leadership and advisory services to operational leaders and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include providing detailed analysis and customer-focused interpretation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results; supporting operational leaders through budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis, and financial modeling; leading cost-benefit analysis, savings initiatives, and operational planning activities to support strategic and operational objectives; conducting comprehensive analysis of financial, statistical, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; supporting funding submissions, new program initiatives, and service enhancements through robust financial analysis and reporting; ensuring accurate financial reporting, including monthly adjustments, accruals, and reconciliations; developing financial literacy among non-financial leaders through coaching, education, and training on financial processes, dashboards, and applications; building strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to support effective decision-making and organizational priorities; lading, coaching, mentoring and developing Financial Advisors and Program Assistants while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications:
Business-related bachelor’s degree. Minimum three years progressive experience with budgeting and financial analysis. Equivalent combination of a business-related diploma plus related Finance experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within a healthcare setting. Completion of a recognized financial program with Finance and/or Performance Management specialization (CMA, CGA,CPA). Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion and PowerBI.
