SALES ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE (Part‑Time)

We are seeking a professional, mature, career‑focused individual for a key multi‑tasking role supporting customer service and sales administration in a busy construction environment.
Requirements
- Strong command of the English language; clear and professional communication
- Positive attitude, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, Word, and Excel
- Highly organized with strong time‑management skills
- Team‑oriented with solid interpersonal skills and initiative
- Detail‑oriented; able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced office
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to construction‑related applications
- Professional and courteous phone manner
- Previous experience in construction or trades is a strong asset
Key Responsibilities
- Administration of sold jobs and customer files
- Sales support and documentation
- Statistical reporting
- General office duties and administrative projects
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Entering leads into our customer‑service software
Schedule
- On‑site at our Toronto office (Dufferin/Lawrence)
- Part‑time: 3 days per week, 8 AM – 4 PM
- No weekends or statutory holidays
- Reduced hours may occur during winter months (Dec–Feb)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage: $23–$24/hr, based on experience and fit
