We are seeking an experienced Bodily Injury Claim Technical Consultant to serve as a key technical resource across the claims organization. In this role, you will partner with multiple teams to improve quality, performance, and alignment with organizational goals.
You will coach and mentor team members at various stages of their careers, sharing best practices and industry insights while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Through strong stakeholder partnerships and data-driven analysis, you will identify trends, provide actionable insights, and contribute to operational improvement initiatives.
Leveraging your technical expertise and strategic mindset, you will support enterprise initiatives, influence claims handling practices, and help shape the future direction of our claims operations.
Coach, mentor, and develop claims professionals across the department, supporting skill growth, confidence, and career progression in both routine and complex claim handling.
Proven success in training, coaching, and mentoring others, leadership experience is considered an advantage.

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 89,300.00 - 139,300.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
