Job Description
To support our growth in Canada, we are looking for a Senior Manager, based in Montreal. Reporting to the Group Sales Director, you are our lead on the Quebec territory: you grow the client portfolio and drive the delivery of sold projects across the HR and Travel & Expense domains (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur and equivalent solutions).
Business development & Pre-Sales

Build and run the prospecting plan across Quebec: hunting, networking, HR Tech and T&E events, referrers

Identify and qualify opportunities across the HR and T&E domains

Lead discovery meetings, scope needs and build the Arago value proposition

Develop proposals, pricing and RFP responses

Run pitch presentations, negotiate and close; own the full sales cycle

Manage the pipeline (CRM) and grow the local ecosystem (vendors, partners, referrers)
Delivery & Project Management

Scope and drive sold projects: scope, schedule, budget, governance, quality

Contribute hands-on where relevant: design workshops, functional consulting, configuration, testing, go-live

Safeguard margin and profitability; spot extension opportunities (upsell)

Coordinate assigned consultants (local and international)
Representation & Coordination

Represent Arago in Quebec and nurture relationships with local clients and partners

Coordinate with the teams and the Delivery practice

Report back on Quebec market trends to adjust the offering
Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience, ideally in a consulting firm, IT services company or with an HR & T&E vendor / integrator
-
Exposure to the HR domain (HRIS / HR Tech: SuccessFactors, Workday, Dayforce…) and T&E (Concur, Expensya…)

Dual track record: commercial results (pre-sales, deals) and delivery (full-cycle implementations)

Command of the B2B services / consulting sales cycle and of project management

Comfortable engaging with decision-makers (CHRO, CFO, CIO)

Fluent French / English required

Autonomy, results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
