As a Account Processing Officer - 103472, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting client transaction processing and account management. Pay Range:
Shift: Day Shift (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM), with hybrid work arrangements after training
What's the Job?
- Processing credit card transactions, rejects, and exceptions accurately and efficiently
- Investigating requests for credit balance refunds and resolving issues promptly
- Reviewing transactions and obtaining proper approvals to ensure compliance
- Providing professional, timely, and efficient service to clients and branch requests
- Collaborating with colleagues and management to improve service quality and streamline processes
What's Needed?
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow established processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reside within the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM)
