Through strategic builder partnerships, innovative marketing initiatives, educational events, and exceptional customer service, we continue to expand our brand and market presence throughout the GTA.
Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a creative, motivated, and highly organized Marketing & Brand Coordinator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, branding, social media, content creation, and event coordination, and wants to play a key role in helping build a growing and recognizable real estate brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Development & Marketing
- Assist in building and strengthening the Sunshine Realty brand
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
- Assist with the growth of company and personal branding initiatives
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and coordinate social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WeChat and Xiaohongshu (RED)
- Create, schedule and publish engaging content
- Assist with video planning, filming and content coordination
- Support content creation, photography and digital marketing initiatives
- Monitor social media performance and engagement
Marketing Events & Promotions
- Assist with seminars, community events, builder launches, grand openings and promotional activities
- Coordinate event logistics, registrations and marketing materials
- Support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Research marketing opportunities and industry trends
Sales Team Support
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities for the sales team
- Assist with sales events, presentations and project launches
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, brochures and sales presentations
- Help ensure smooth execution of company sales initiatives and special projects
Client & Community Engagement
- Assist with customer inquiries and community outreach initiatives
- Support visitors and clients when required
- Represent the company professionally at events and community activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Strong interest in marketing, branding and social media
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- MUST BE PROFICIENT IN EITHER MANDARIN OR CANTONESE
Preferred
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related experience
- Fluent in English
- Additional language skills such as Mandarin, Cantonese or other languages are considered strong assets
