General Labourer – Warehouse & Construction Site
Location: Greater Vancouver Area (Project-Based)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to support our warehouse operations and active construction sites for high-rise projects. This position involves physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, material handling, and site support. Work locations and duties will vary based on project needs, and the role requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials in the warehouse and on site
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labour on a daily basis
- Assist skilled trades and site supervisors as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and jobsite
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
- Transport materials between warehouse and job sites when required
- Follow site safety procedures, company policies, and WorkSafeBC regulations
- Adapt to different tasks and work environments based on project requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or warehouse labour is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills required
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Forklift or equipment operation experience is an asset
