Job Summary
Forward Mechanical Services is a growing plumbing and HVAC company serving Durham Region and the GTA. We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, provides excellent customer service, and wants to help build a growing HVAC division.This is more than just a service technician position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and has the potential to lead and manage our HVAC division as it expands.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters, and gas appliances.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair options.
- Complete service paperwork accurately and maintain a clean, organized work vehicle.
- Work independently while supporting the rest of the team when needed.
Requirements
- Valid 313D Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence.
- Valid G2 Gas Technician Licence (G1 is an asset).
- 313A Refrigeration Licence is considered a strong asset.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service.
