Guest Experience Specialist
As a Guest Experience Specialist at Stoney Trail Mazda, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery. This role combines customer-facing responsibilities with front desk coordination and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, organization, and working closely with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and deliver a consistent, high-quality vehicle delivery experience for customers
- Guide customers through their vehicle features and ensure they feel confident and informed at pickup
- Greet all guests upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones and supporting general inquiries
- Prepare delivery materials, deal folders, and required documentation accurately
- Complete post-delivery follow-up to support customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist the accounting department with data entry and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain and organize showroom materials, brochures, and delivery resources
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Service, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Required Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to perform data entry accurately
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented approach
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Schedule:
- Full Time

Schedule includes weekly rotations (daytime/evening and Saturday shifts)
