Job Summary
Willing Education offers school-aged (5 to 12 years old) after school programs. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and delivering engaging lessons to students.
Duties
- Design and deliver engaging Robotics lessons followed by our class plan .
- Use project-based and experiential learning methods to teach critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Encourage collaboration, teamwork, and innovation in the classroom.
- Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Ensuring the safety of all kids in the classroom and activities;
- Providing feedbacks of each students and communicating with parents to identify and resolve issues to ensure fun and engaging learning experiences;
What You Bring:
- Strong knowledge of Engineering and Science
- Strong class management skill
- Passion for mentoring and working with children
- Help students build patience, concentration, and decision-making skills
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with diverse student populations
- Proficiency in educational technology
- Fluency in multiple language
- First Aid Certification
- Criminal Record Check
