Job Summary
Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for a part-time Administrative Coordinator to support our Oakville office.
We provide trusted, compassionate home care to seniors and their families. Our office is growing, and we are looking for an organized, reliable person to help support recurring administrative tasks related to recruiting, onboarding, documentation, caregiver training, and general office administration.
This is a part-time, in-office role suited to someone who enjoys keeping processes organized, following up on outstanding items, working with checklists, using software systems, and helping an office run smoothly.
Duties
- Support recruiting and applicant tracking administration
- Follow up with candidates regarding outstanding steps or documents
- Assist with onboarding and orientation preparation
- Track missing or incomplete caregiver documentation
- Update candidate and caregiver records in internal systems
- Support caregiver training administration and completion tracking
- Send reminders about training deadlines and upcoming education opportunities
- Maintain spreadsheets, checklists, and simple tracking reports
- Organize electronic documents and office records
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
Skills
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong comfort with technology and software systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Comfortable learning new online systems and SaaS platforms
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and consistent
- Comfortable with follow-up, data entry, and documentation tracking
- Professional when communicating with candidates, caregivers, and office staff
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
