We're looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, generate leads, and strengthen our digital presence.

What You'll Do
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other Google marketing tools.
- Create, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Design engaging graphics and marketing materials for digital and print.
- Develop content for social media, websites, and advertising.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting with actionable recommendations.
- Improve website performance and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple locations.
- Work closely with management to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Business Profile
- SEO and SEM
- Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
- WordPress
- Experience creating professional graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with video editing and photography is considered an asset.
- Sales Experience considered an asset.
