-Duties-
- Serve as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide administrative and assistant support to various realtors as needed
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Assembly of realtor mailers, and other marketing materials
- Paperwork submission
- Organize and maintain filing systems, databases, and records.
- Booking appointments for realtors as needed
-Requirements-
- Experience as an office administrator or in a similar role is NOT necessary
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems, copiers, scanners, and other office equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Time management skills
- Experience in front desk reception or customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of basic clerical duties and procedures
