Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to help individuals improve their health and quality of life through therapeutic touch and personalized care. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities
- Assess client concerns and develop customized treatment plans to address specific issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after sessions
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress in accordance with licensing requirements
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care when necessary
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license or certification in accordance with state regulations
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and explain treatment procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
- Prior experience in a spa or clinical setting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if required

Compensation structure is flexible and may be commission-based or hourly depending on experience and availability
Pay: $35.00-$75.00 per hour
