Are you a high-energy CDA who loves working with children and is looking for a consistent Saturday position? Glow Pediatric Dentistry is a leading practice dedicated to building lasting relationships and creating positive dental experiences for the next generation. We are looking for an inviting and energetic individual to join our Richmond team to help our Saturdays run smoothly and successfully.
The Schedule
This is a dedicated Saturday position at our Richmond location (Blundell Rd).
- Hours: Alternating shifts between 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy your long weekends! We are closed on Saturdays during statutory holiday weekends.
The Role
As a key member of our clinical team, you will:
- Create Comfort: Welcome pediatric patients and their parents with a warm, comforting manner to prepare them for exams, cleanings, or treatments.
- Educate & Inspire: Teach children and families about oral hygiene and preventive care in an engaging way.
- Clinical Excellence: Perform prophylaxis, take/process x-rays, apply sealants/SDF, and provide high-quality chairside assistance during various pediatric treatments (including sedation and general anesthesia).
- Coordinate Care: Review treatment plans and consent forms with parents, confidently discussing recommendations and maintaining thorough clinical notes in OpenDental.
- Clinical Flow: Manage sterilization and tray setups to keep the office running efficiently.

Requirements
- Current CDA license and registration with BCCOHP.
