Responsibilities:
- Define and guide ERP product vision
- Evaluate ERP capabilities to identify improvement opportunities
- Aligns strategy across ERP modules
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Own and maintain prioritized product backlog
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics related to functional areas
- Lead sprint planning and reviews
- Oversee configurations, extensions, and integrations
- Govern master data standards
- Manage release pipeline
- Balance standard functionality and extensions to ensure effective solutions design
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing and production environment management
- Lead, supervise, and mentor team members, setting expectations and providing feedback where necessary
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ERP Manager, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline
- Direct experience with MS Dynamics F&O
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
