The Role:
As a Painter at our firm, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of painting and surface preparation. We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their craft and are committed to ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, priming, and masking for painting
- Apply paints, stains, and finishes with precision and care
- Maintain clean, organized job sites throughout the project
- Work independently or collaboratively to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Uphold a strong work ethic and attention to detail on every project
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation (vehicle required)
- Smartphone for efficient communication and job updates
- Strong communication skills and punctuality
