Acri-Tec is a locally owned and operated business located in Langley, BC that manufactures and distributes plumbing fixtures. We are looking for hardworking individuals with a positive attitude to join our warehouse staff. Forklift operation is necessary and experience is an asset but on the job training is available.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, prepare, and stage orders for shipping.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Boxing product.
- Assembling kits.
- Taking inventory.
- Perform general labour duties around the warehouse and yard.
- Assisting with minor repairs on equipment, materials and the workplace.
- Operating warehouse equipment.
- Loading and unloading trucks both manually and with forklift.
- Cleaning and organizing the warehouse to maintain a proper workplace.
- Storing product and refilling item locations.
Requirements
- Must have excellent English skills - both spoken and written..
- Must want ull time work - this is not a job for students.
- Physically fit, able to lift and move 60+ pounds.
- Steel-toe or other certified footware.
- Reliable transportation to our location in the Glooucester Industrial Park (Public transportation not available.).
- Good work ethic, positive attitude, self motivated, punctual, organized, and able to follow instructions.
- Prepare to work year round through all seasons and wether conditions.
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
- Forklift operation is an asset.
- Familiarity with the plumbing industry is an asset.
