Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Foreign Exchange Tellers to join our dynamic financial services team. This role involves facilitating currency exchange transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate cash handling. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a solid understanding of financial markets, and the ability to upsell services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Buy and sell foreign currencies
- Provide money transfer services
- Up-sell and cross-sell currencies and company products
- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Follow all company and security procedures.
- Balance the till accurately.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
Skill Required:
- Must be fluent in English
- French: Advantageous/Preferred
- Counting and adding large numbers in high speed, as well as working with large sums of cash
- Operating a computer (e.g. Word, Excel, email).
- Verbal and written communication

- Selling and up-selling of products
We will provide training on the following:
- Bank notes
- Foreign currencies
- Anti-Money Laundering Regulations
The successful candidate will be compensated by hourly wage, performance bonus and commission. Upon successful completion of probation, eligible to enroll in benefits plan, which includes extended health and dental, long term disability, life insurance, vision care, and RRSP matching plan. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in Canada.

Job Type: Part-Time Permanent
Schedule: Saturday (10am to 8pm), Sunday to Tuesday (10am to 6pm)
Hourly wage: $18.25 plus commission and bonus

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
