Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer/Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction and maintenance tasks, demonstrating proficiency in multiple trades. This role requires a hands-on approach to projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Skilled Laborer will be responsible for executing tasks efficiently while collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements
- Engage in restoration projects, ensuring high-quality finishes
- Install cabinets, flooring, and tiles with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct construction painting, drywall install, taping and mudding and other tasks as needed
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various applications
- Perform heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment handling
- Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks for various projects
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics
- Strong carpentry skills
- Knowledge of restoration techniques for various materials
- Ability to perform construction painting with attention to detail
- Experience in maintenance person services covering a range of repairs and installations
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
