Newhook Trenching is a busy and growing underground utility contractor looking for an experienced Foreman to lead a crew of 3–5 people installing underground telecommunications infrastructure throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in both trenching and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) installation methods, along with the ability to effectively lead a crew and complete work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an underground utility Foreman is required
- Experience with trenching and HDD installation methods
- Experience installing underground telecom facilities
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and prepared to work consistently
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
