Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role requires effective communication skills, organizational abilities, and a genuine love for teaching children. Currently Looking for Full time(Level 2 or Level 3), Part time or On-call position (Level 1)
Qualification
- ECE Level Certificate Level 1,2 and 3
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Police Check including Vulnerable Sector Search
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages learning and social interaction.
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs, including those of children with special education requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational program and share best practices.
- Lead classroom activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom.
Experience
- Experience working in a classroom setting with young children is essential.
- Familiarity with computerized record-keeping systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide students and support fellow educators.
