We’re currently looking for an Experienced Tire/Maintenance Technician to join our Dawson Creek Ford team. The Drive Ahead (Role Duties)

Perform oil changes, tire installations, rotations, balancing, fluid checks, and routine vehicle maintenance services.

Inspect vehicles for tire wear, mechanical concerns, and potential issues, reporting findings to the service team.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while following all shop safety procedures.

Assist licensed technicians with repairs, maintenance, and general shop duties to support workflow efficiency.

Deliver quality workmanship while meeting service timelines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Performance Essentials (Qualifications)

Previous experience as a Tire Technician, Maintenance Technician, Automotive Service Technician, or Lube Technician.

Experience performing tire installations, balancing, rotations, oil changes, fluid services, and basic vehicle maintenance.

Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship and continuing professional growth.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and report vehicle maintenance concerns.

Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.

Full-time availability—typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week).
