About the Role
As a Registered Massage Therapist at PinPoint Health, you will provide evidence-informed, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing pain, injury, mobility restrictions, and various musculoskeletal conditions. You will play an important role in helping patients improve function, manage symptoms, and achieve their health and wellness goals.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver safe and effective massage therapy treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients on treatment plans, self-management strategies, and wellness goals
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Compensation: Competitive and negotiable percentage split based on experience, availability, and caseload.
