We are a patient-focused independent pharmacy known for exceptional customer service and personalized care. We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team, optimize workflow, and continue delivering outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy.
- Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
- Study and improve patient flow to maximize efficiency and enhance the patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with the College of Pharmacists of BC standards and all regulatory requirements.
- Deliver clinical services including medication reviews, immunizations, and patient counselling.
- Manage inventory, quality assurance, and pharmacy operations.
- Build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist in British Columbia.
- Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of the Kroll Pharmacy Management System is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and leading a high-performing team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation: starts at $58 per hour, based on experience, leadership skills, and qualifications.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Short hours on Saturdays
- No evenings, closed every Sunday, and all statutory holidays off.
