Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
Skills:
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
-Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a must
-MUST be able to speak English fluently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
