Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, be proactive in troubleshooting, and possess the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks efficiently. Duties
-Include general repairs
-Basic plumbing
-Drywall/paint touch-ups
-Unit turnovers
-Small installations
-Inspections
-Responding to maintenance requests.
Must be dependable, organized, able to work independently, and have basic tools. Experience in residential maintenance is preferred. A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are required.
Pay: $18.94-$37.48 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Moncton, NB E1A 2R6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
