If you’re an experienced sheet metal installer working on smaller residential or light commercial jobs and looking to step into a large, well-run multi-unit project, this is worth a look.
Maximum Heating & Cooling has been operating in Ottawa for over 30 years. Many of our team members have been with us for decades, and we’re continuing to build a crew that’s in it for the long run.
This is structured, large-scale installation with a team that takes pride in doing it right.
We’re currently ramping up for a ~200-unit multi-residential project with an estimated 1-year schedule. While this role will be primarily based on that site, our team is also actively delivering and tendering multiple multi-residential and light commercial projects in parallel, providing consistent, long-term work across a range of project sizes.

Who we are looking for:
- Residential sheet metal experience (min. 3 years experience)
- Strong install capability (ductwork, layouts, finishing)
- Experience in light commercial is an asset
- Reliable, team-oriented mindset
- Pride in clean, efficient work
- A valid OCT card
